How is £399 even possible? What's the catch?
There isn't one. The Starter package is a fixed-scope site (up to 5 pages) using a battle-tested design system we've refined over dozens of small-business projects. We don't reinvent the wheel for every project — that's how we keep prices low while keeping quality high. If your needs go beyond that scope, we'll be upfront about it before any contract.
Do I really get the money back if I don't like it?
Yes — and it's written into the contract. For 14 days after launch, if you tell us the website isn't worth what you paid, we refund every instalment in full and you keep your domain. We've never had a refund request, and we don't want our first one to be you.
Who actually owns the website?
You do. The domain is registered in your name. After launch, you get the source files, the CMS login, and full hosting access. If you ever want to leave, we hand everything over — no hostage situations.
What happens after the first year of hosting?
You can renew with us at £8/month (UK-based hosting, SSL, daily backups, uptime monitoring) or move the site anywhere you like — Wix, GoDaddy, your developer cousin. We'll help you migrate if you choose to leave.
How does the 3-month free chatbot work?
We install our AI Chatbot on your new site at no charge for 90 days. It answers visitor questions, books meetings, and emails you a summary of every chat. After 3 months it costs £29/month — or you switch it off, no penalty, the site keeps working.
Can I really pay in 3 parts?
Yes. Pay 1/3 to start the work, 1/3 at the build stage, 1/3 on launch. No interest, no credit check. We don't use a finance company — it's a direct agreement with us.
Do you do e-commerce / online shops?
Yes — that's the Premium package. We typically build on Stripe or WooCommerce so you keep 100% of card payments minus the standard processor fee. No platform tax.
What if I have no logo, no images, no text?
That's fine — we can write your copy, source stock photography, and create a simple wordmark logo as part of the Business or Premium package. For Starter, we'll use a clean text-based logo and royalty-free imagery.
